By accessing this website and purchasing from our “vault” of premium footwear, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Conditions
- By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Order Verification & Acceptance
- Verification Call: To minimize fraudulent orders, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a verification call or WhatsApp message. If our team cannot reach you within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Order Rights: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction within Pakistan.
3. Sizing Accuracy
- Size Charts: It is the customer’s responsibility to consult the provided Size Chart (EU/UK/US) before ordering.
- Variations: While we strive for accuracy, fit may vary slightly between different shoe styles and materials. If you are unsure, we recommend contacting our support team via WhatsApp for guidance before purchasing.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Currency: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
- Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, and mobile wallets (EasyPaisa/JazzCash).
- Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Timelines: Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad) and 5–7 working days for the rest of Pakistan.
- Courier Policy: For security reasons, courier riders are not permitted to allow customers to open and try on shoes before payment. If there is a size issue, please follow our Exchange Policy.
6. Exchange & Return Policy (Footwear Specific)
To maintain the quality of our “vault,” we have strict rules for footwear exchanges:
- Condition: Shoes must be returned in their original box and must show zero signs of wear. The soles must be perfectly clean.
- Trial Tip: We recommend trying on your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles until you are sure of the fit.
- Deadline: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Sale Items: Discounted items or items from “Flash Sales” are non-exchangeable unless a wrong size or damaged product was sent by us.
7. Product Representation
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our shoes. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer/phone monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
- StepVault.store shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the misuse of our footwear (e.g., using lifestyle sneakers for professional sports).
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the courts of Karachi.
